I’ve shared a lot about how coaching and leading teams is deeply purposeful for me. That's because I love helping people unlock their potential. 

From my very first conversation with Emily (Turner) Sutley, I felt strong alignment when she shared that Jennifer Smith's personal mission (and vision for Scribe) is to unlock human potential. 

Immediate resonance. 🌟 

It truly feels like the right match at the right moment, where my strengths, leadership style, and experience align with the stage of the business. 

It might sound cliché, but everything clicked into place.

Scribe is at a unique inflection point, and I’m excited to help scale how we partner with our largest customers. 

I’m especially energized to build a team where people can do their best work, while helping customers do the same. Talk about a win/win!

Customer Success Leader @ Scribe | Certified Leadership Coach | Revenue Focused B2B SaaS Leader

Back in 2022, I made a bold choice.

One full of purpose, heart, and alignment.

After 15 years scaling startups, I stepped away from my full-time VP of Customer Success role to bet on myself.

Building my own leadership coaching business has brought me so much joy.

Partnering with clients to find greater fulfillment, championing them to level-up their confidence, helping them overcome the limiting beliefs that keep us playing small – it’s been so special to witness.

After three years as a solopreneur, though, I started to notice a shift.

While what I was doing still mattered, how I was doing it no longer energized me in the same way. Much of my time was spent outside my own zone of genius.

So, I paused to reflect.

I went back to my values.

I realized that while coaching and developing people felt aligned, many of the other parts of working for myself were leaving me depleted.

I was missing some things that are core to my own fulfillment.

In particular:

💛 Teamwork & Connection: I love building alongside others and solving complex problems together.

💛 Leading Teams Directly: Being in the seat myself, rather than just advising from the sidelines.

With this clarity, I decided the best choice was to return to an organization.

So, I set out to look for a new role and company that matched my strengths, experience, and would align with my authentic leadership style.

I won’t lie, job searching in 2025 was a pretty humbling experience. 🤪

But I stayed focused and took my time to find what felt like a true match.

And on Monday, this next chapter begins. ✨
