Hi, I'm Noa. 
I used to run a $100M business unit at Google and lead the business development efforts of several startups like Hibob ($3.5B valuation) and MyHeritage, to find that my passion lies in helping startups grow, combining personal and business development.

I help startup leaders overcome personal challenges, solve conflicts and optimize strategic decisions to achieve ongoing business growth while enjoying the journey.

I'm also a mediocre yoga practitioner and hoola hooper and I love spending time with my kids or on the beach (they refuse to come with me unfortunately).

You can't scale your startup, if you secretly hate your cofounder.

A few months ago, I started working with Dan.
Smart. Scrappy. Raised $4M.
And completely burnt out.

“I just need help with scaling” he said.
But within two sessions, something deeper came up.
His relationship with his cofounder.

Dan was doing 80 hours weeks.
Pushing product, hiring, dealing with endless day to day challenges.

His co-founder?
Focused on “vision”, "strategy" and taking long weekends off.

At first, Dan told himself it was fine.
They were different people. Different roles.
But the resentment built.

After two years into pretending things were “mostly good", we got them talking.

Within few sessions, they remembered why they teamed up in the first place. They realized that things needed to change, but also that it will never be  exactly 50-50.

Currently, I am a Category Manager at Yara International, where I oversee a diverse portfolio of professional services categories, including Consultancy Services, Real Estate and Facility Management, Legal Services, Marketing & Communication, and Fleet Management. My responsibilities include managing a global, regional, and local spend exceeding 500 million USD, working closely with stakeholders from C-suite executives to local procurement teams.

Throughout my career, I have developed a robust skill set that includes project management, strategic sourcing, negotiation, and internal and external stakeholder management. I have a proven track record of leading organization-wide initiatives, building procurement functions from scratch, and implementing efficient procurement tools and processes. My ability to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvements has consistently delivered significant value to the organizations I have worked with.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Culture, and History from Bergen University and a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School. Additionally, I have completed various certifications in project management, contract law, and leadership, further enhancing my expertise in procurement and management.

Fluent in English, Norwegian, and Japanese, and with an intermediate proficiency in German, I bring a global perspective and effective communication skills to my role. I am passionate about leveraging my diverse experience and strategic mindset to drive procurement excellence and support organizational growth.
