• Work directly with customers, title insurance providers, escrow vendors, and business partners to process investment transactions and funding efficiently.
As a product liaison, I offer solutions through ownership of the product development process: problem identification, solution design, writing the Product Requirements Document and implementation with engineers.
• Led the ideation, user & market research, and a Go-To-Market strategy to launch a new product in the market and presented it to the Founder and the leadership team.
• Owned the ideation and product development, which improved user experience and increased efficiency.
• Work with the Head of Product, QA, and Engineering, to evaluate the tickets, discuss solutions, and prioritize projects.
• Work cross-functionally with Servicing, Underwriting, and Sales Operations to ensure that each closing process complies with our guidelines, the expectations of the parties, and all applicable laws.

• Conducted market/user research, interviewed prospect clients, and founded a startup.
• Implemented a company wide Product Development Process aligning user experience, digital marketing, operations, engineering, and production departments and improving overall software development quality.
• Sourced manufacturers, negotiated terms, prices, and built products from concept to the end.

Planned and managed product development and operations to process investment of 800+ high net worth customers with over $100M assets under care.
• Led meetings on product development and conducted product roll outs and presentations to the Sales and Management teams.
• Managed the product launch of Digital Banking Secure Key and was a product expert on investment platform in the branch.
• Worked cross-functionally and reconfigured the operations and customer journey, which increased productivity by 30%.
• Trained 50+ employees across 5 teams on new product and processes, which boosted sales significantly and led to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

• Manage client’s financials by identifying their needs and providing the expert advice on bank’s financial services such as personal loans, car loans, investments, fixed deposits, cash management and insurance services.
