Over the past 15+ years, I’ve built and led global product teams, launched zero-to-one platforms, and delivered multimillion-dollar growth in fast-paced startups and Fortune 50 enterprises alike.

My career highlights include directing Google’s Global Verification products across 16 countries, and building healthcare and fintech startups from the ground up. From launching entirely new product categories to optimizing customer lifecycles, my work has consistently combined strategic foresight with hands-on execution.

Whether I’m refining a conversational AI workflow, building enterprise platforms, or guiding hypergrowth startups, I align strategy with measurable business outcomes. It’s about creating a legacy. It's about changing how leaders in the trades think about building wealth. It's about changing the opportunity for future generations who see a new path because of what their parents and grandparents were able to accomplish. 

I know what it’s like to go at it alone. Early in my entrepreneurial journey, I didn’t have mentors showing me the path. I had to figure it out the hard way. Now, I do have mentors, and I’ve seen firsthand what the right support, the right systems, and the right mindset can unlock. Dream Venture exists to make sure the next generation of trade leaders don’t have to build alone.

We’re starting with home improvement companies in roofing (done), siding (done), windows (done), painting, electrical (done), HVAC, plumbing, insulation (done), interior remodeling, outdoor spaces, landscaping, and more. 

But we’re building toward something bigger. A technology-driven platform for whole-home services, where tradespeople aren’t just workers. They’re owners, leaders, and wealth builders.

Mission-driven work is alive and well. 

We are hiring a financial controller and a director of platform & partner experience at Dream Venture, and I feel genuinely blessed by the people looking to join the team. Not just qualified beyond what is required on paper, but deeply driven by mission. That kind of pull is rare, and I do not take it lightly.

I hear people say all the time that mission-driven work is dying. Maybe it is in some places, but it is very much alive here.

What we are building tends to get one of two reactions. Some people tell me I'm crazy. Others tell me it's crazy good. I have come to appreciate that it's that binary - not many kiss-of-death reactions like, "sounds interesting." When reactions are that polarized, it usually means the message is clear...that people understand what we are doing, whether they like it or not. There is something freeing in that.

If I have any advice for other founders or leaders, it is this: lean harder into what you actually believe. Clarity will repel the wrong people and attract the right ones faster than any pitch deck or chameleon act ever will. You do not need everyone. 

You just need alignment with those that buy in. And you only get that when you put it all out there.
