• Work directly with customers, title insurance providers, escrow vendors, and business partners to process investment transactions and funding efficiently.
As a product liaison, I offer solutions through ownership of the product development process: problem identification, solution design, writing the Product Requirements Document and implementation with engineers.
• Led the ideation, user & market research, and a Go-To-Market strategy to launch a new product in the market and presented it to the Founder and the leadership team.
• Owned the ideation and product development, which improved user experience and increased efficiency.
• Work with the Head of Product, QA, and Engineering, to evaluate the tickets, discuss solutions, and prioritize projects.
• Work cross-functionally with Servicing, Underwriting, and Sales Operations to ensure that each closing process complies with our guidelines, the expectations of the parties, and all applicable laws.

Upsiid is an M&A and corporate financial advisory provider that offers fractional C-suite and executive services to corporate clients, including outsourced CEO, CFO, COO, Controller, Executive Sales and Business Development solutions. Our team of specialists has helped multiple clients in expanding sales & operations, enhancing internal controls, and boosting bottom line profits by executing strategic initiatives properly scaled for each client. In a nutshell, we make executive level management accessible to growing or transitioning businesses.

Curb

Curb is an early stage digital startup that was founded to enhance the way consumers, contractors and suppliers interact by creating a marketplace that allows consumers to receive bids and for contractors to issue bids from the comfort of their home or office. Curb puts the consumer in control of how they interact and benefits contractors because they only pay when they win a bid, not for buying a lead.

A Street Investments

The A Street Investments investment philosophy is grounded in low volatility capital preservation with a focus on long-term compounding using active and passive investment strategies. My focus in this role was on due diligence, private equity deals, hedge fund and fund of funds investments, and investment research. I also managed portions of the firm’s operations, managed key accounts, and held responsibility for performance reporting and earning calls.

At State Roofing, we've embraced digital transformation to modernize our customer experience, expanded our reach across western Washington, and are investing in our team to ensure we have everything needed to deliver nothing short of the best customer experience and project outcomes. 

In addition to leading State Roofing, I am the founder of Upsiid, a financial advisory firm specializing in M&A, fractional C-suite, and executive services. In 2020, I launched Curb, a tech startup designed to revolutionize the way consumers, contractors, and suppliers connect, creating a seamless digital marketplace. My career has also spanned roles such as interim CFO for a metals salvage business, fractional CFO & COO, financial advisor at Morgan Stanley and A Street Investments, and managerial positions in leading payroll services providers.

Beyond my professional roles, I am an active member of the Vistage CEO Network and have previously dedicated my time to serving on the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Washington and as an interim board member for the Roofing Contractors Association of Washington. 

My formal educational foundation is a BA in Business Administration from Evergreen State College, but my practical education comes from both failing and succeeding in leading real businesses over the past 20-years. There is no substitute for putting yourself out there, taking risks, getting kicked in the teeth, and getting back up to try again. I repeat, there is no substitute for experience.
