As a producer at the Disruptive Media Learning Lab (DMLL), I designed content and communication to champion innovative approaches to higher education across the Coventry University Group and beyond. Additionally, I supported the evaluation and implementation of education software projects according to our Education Innovation Framework.

- Leading design thinking workshops and ongoing project management to support the onboarding of educators to Engageli, a new digital teaching and learning platform

As the Outreach Lead, I was responsible for maintaining the website and digital presence of the organization as well as leading social outreach activities among Coventry residents.
