As a content creator of the company, my role includes researching, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing videos. I also manage social media platforms and engage with the audience.

* Script Creation: Develop compelling and concise scripts that effectively convey our brand message and engage the audience.

* Video Editing: Use editing software to arrange footage, enhance videos with effects and music, and optimize timing and pacing.
* Publishing and Distribution: Determine the appropriate platforms and optimize video details for better discoverability. Schedule or publish videos strategically.
* Social Media Management: Promote and distribute our videos on social media platforms. Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages.
* Audience Engagement: Actively engage with your audience through comments, likes, and interactions. Monitor analytics to gain insights and adjust our content strategy.

Debt Collection Predictive Model - Developed and implemented a collectability model for Debt Collection; the model enables debt collectors to work on debt cases with the highest probability of payment, thereby reducing the total case load and increase efficiency. The implementation of this model brought on a new era in the way the organisation utilises information and analytics to improve processes and performance.

Assisted the World Bank with a Macro Economic modelling exercise regarding the effectiveness of Corporate tax incentives in the current tax system. The outcome of the study was used as input to the Davis Tax Committee on possible tax reform changes.

Provide insight to Executive & Senior management on possible behavioural shifts of taxpayers and changes in submission and payment patterns, quantify future risk factors with probability of occurrence and highlight possible solutions.

Developed and managed the Submission Forecast models used to track submissions of Taxpayers and Employers during both filing seasons. The Filing Season submissions and Forecasts are the official view of the filing seasons in the organisation.
