#1 in terms of social media followers (1+ million)

I have been responsible to design and build Lifepal own Content Management and Order Management Systems to host the Indonesia’s biggest inventory of insurance products online. Together with 100+ talented team players, we launched in less than 3 year 20+ insurance partners online and processed 50K+ policies, offering the best customer experience in the country (highest Google rating).

Reporting to the Group CCO and working directly with the regional CPO and the product and tech teams. I lead the design and implementation of the product roadmaps with the CEOs and CCOs of the 6 countries of Lazada group (SG, TH, ID, MY, PH, VN).

As I played an important role during the process of sale and integration with Alibaba Group, I was selected to be part of the team that launched the first integrated project between Alibaba and Lazada, under the direct supervision of Daniel Zhang, Alibaba Group CEO.

Main Achievements:
- Designed product roadmap with c-level teams across 5 countries
- Launched Alibaba Seller Center for 60K sellers and 10+ million SKUs
- Launched Online flagship shops for 10+ Global brands generating 100+ million in GMV
- Restructured the group sales department (200+ people regionally & 1000+ people locally)

Vice President of Product Strategy

Reporting to the Country (TH) COO. I oversaw developing the logistics department for the company to fulfill 60K orders/day across Thailand and serve as a pickup provider to 1K+ online sellers. I was also heavily involved in the development of a warehouse facility and system that could store 200k+ SKUs and fulfill 20k+ orders/day.

Main Achievements:
- Managed a team of 200+ people in logistics and operations
- Scaled up Lazada logistics, from 10K to 60K orders/day across Thailand
- Developed partnerships with logistic partners, including the digitalization of Thai Post
- Supported the development of LEX, Lazada own logistics, to 100+ delivery trucks and 1K+ motorbikes

Reporting to the Country (TH) CCO, I lead the development of the category of home appliances in Thailand with a team of 6, increasing GMV by 3X in 12 months.

Lazada eLogistics is a dedicated entity to making e-Commerce logistics fast and affordable in our SEA markets, improving service and cost in with delivery to grow the market, set higher and higher standards of performance in delivery for out customers.
In LeL, I act as EVP group transportation to set strategy and establish partner relationships with in delivery to overcome the infrastructure barriers and to continually improve the options to the customer and increase delivery speed and consumer choice.  We work with our partners in an “open network” relationship, heavily based on new technologies and closer cooperation with the end-to-end view of the best delivery solutions possible.
As Chief LEX officer of LeL Express, I lead a regional group as well as organizations in each of our countries to increase delivery times, pickup, sort and deliver to large sections of these countries in the fastest possible way.  I work with dedicated professional teams whose goals are to set new standards of delivery success, economics, professionalism and network efficiencies to make the logistics solutions in SEA markets better and better.  We rely heavily on investments in new things - technology, automation, new vehicle types and a motivated group of incentivized couriers with new vehicles and superior customer experience our driving principle. LeL Express is not a closed network approach, but rather a network integrator that brings 3PLs into our business in the most efficient and innovative way.

Chief LEX Officer & EVP Group Transportation

In my role I am responsible for our in-house delivery company operations as COO Lazada Express and working with the delivery companies we use as 3PLS as EVP Transportation for Lazada Group.  

Inhouse, we are building a small package delivery company with superior service and adding to the delivery capacity in our six SE Asia countries - Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.  We are building an extensive network of first mile, sortation and last mile to provide quick delivery times and exceptional customer experience.  Our operating model is distinctive and incorporates third parties to create a delivery ecosystem that is one-of-a-kind in Southeast Asia.

In performing this role, I am drawing upon years of experience in the US, Canada, South America and Asia to build a custom operations for B2C in Southeast Asia.  New technologies, different management approaches and the recruitment and development of a talented team in our regional operations group as well as the operations of our six venture companies.  Volume growth at fantastic rates, combined with the development of superior operations is an exciting and one-of-a-kind opportunity.
