- Responsible for end to end business development of the assigned area: Monitoring, analysing and forecasting supply targets, their business models and tracking progress against them for all OYO models
- Responsible for P&L, cash flow and market share driven growth decision for the hub
- Identifying new forms of Real Estate to ensure the right inventory growth and higher market
share for the respective market
- Meet property owners and sell OYO's Vision of providing comfortable stays for many. Pitch in contract closure as and when there is criticality and intervention required
- Maintaining relationship with the Key Hotel Partners in the designated area and mentoring the team towards right relationship management with their respective partner properties
- Periodic review of joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association
- Building and leading the business development team through efficient performance management systems like review meetings, performance monitoring and discussions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to process before any property is on-boarded

Head Of Business Development

- Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the regional operations team to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of properties, ensuring adherence to OYO standards and continuous improvement in service quality.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with OYO’s quality standards and operational guidelines across all properties.

Head Of Operations

- Plan & oversee business development efforts for OYO Indonesia in assigned areas/clusters with a goal to on-board high-quality budget hotels on to OYO network.
- Identify new hotels that meet OYO standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner willingness etc. and pitch OYO’s partnership proposal.
- Negotiate OYO’s commercial agreement with interested hotels.
- Strengthen relationship with existing hotel partners & other relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with revenue management team to drive topline for the partner hotel.
- Collaborate with other teams in OYO such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance etc. to ensure smooth functioning of hotels on day-to-day basis.
- Manage business development team members in order to reach acquisition targets.
