He manages a multi-tiered front to keep video, key words and phrases, social media, and reviews to present XO Skins before the competition. Joe also manages the XO Skins web site and all integrated systems including e-commerce, shipping, tracking, feeds, design, and customer service.

Prior to founding XO Skins, Joe has had years of experience in the e-commerce and technology sector. He has been a network security, forensics, and encryption engineer for various companies including SonicWall (Dell), Solera Networks, and Symantec. Using that experience and knowledge he has applied an open and secure tech company culture to XO Skins. Joe also stays very active in the technology and startup community speaking at local universities and networking with local startups and established brands.   

Joe holds numerous technology certifications. He enjoys spending time with his family, food, traveling, camping, fishing, and cars. He currently lives in Lehi with his wife and 2 kids.
