As Program Lead, FaithTech Africa, I am responsible for overseeing, growing, and
delivering FaithTech’s programs across Africa. I ensure that FaithTech’s methodology,
spiritual foundations, and redemptive impact are upheld, while adapting to local culture and
context.

1. Strategy & Planning

Develop annual / multi-year plans for program expansion, community growth,
resource allocation.
2. Program Delivery

Oversee FaithTech Create projects across Africa: from idea incubation
through development (4D cycle), launch, and evaluation.

Ensure that programs are high-quality, mission-aligned, sustainable, and
scalable.

Monitor impact: metrics, feedback, learning.
3. Community Leadership & Capacity Building

The Kilimanjaro Project

As the Creative Director and Graphic Designer for The Kilimanjaro Project, I work closely with founder and CEO Sarah Scott to shape the visual and strategic aspects of our reforestation initiative. Operating remotely with periodic visits every 3 to 6 months, I develop cohesive brand strategies, create compelling narratives, and design visual content to drive awareness and engagement.

I manage the project's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms, which has significantly enhanced our visibility and credibility. Leading communication campaigns via social media, newsletters, and press releases, I tailor our messaging to various audiences to boost support.

Collaboration is key to my role. I partner with NGOs, government bodies, community leaders, and international partners to align our efforts and maximize impact. I also facilitate training workshops for local communities, empowering them with knowledge on reforestation and sustainable practices.

Regularly evaluating our campaigns, I use data-driven insights to continually improve our strategies, contributing to the project's mission of combating climate change through reforestation.

As the Global Brand Director for Jibu, I transformed the brand's presence across eight African nations. My mission was to elevate Jibu's identity, focusing on accessible clean drinking water for underserved communities. I introduced the impactful tagline "A Better Life," and developed brand guidelines that balanced global consistency with local relevance. 

I managed marketing budgets, coordinated print production, and led the hiring process for the marketing team. Utilizing market research, I fine-tuned strategies to align with our objectives, resulting in notable revenue growth and market expansion.

Collaborating closely with franchisees and franchisors, I fostered a culture of idea-sharing and innovation. I introduced an online Brand Bank to streamline access to marketing materials, enhancing operational efficiency. Evaluating campaign success through data-driven metrics and overseeing Online Reputation Management ensured our efforts were impactful and aligned with our brand values.

In public relations, I managed strategies, wrote speeches for senior executives, and crafted digital content, all aimed at enhancing Jibu's public image. Community engagement was a key focus, tailoring messaging to local needs and strengthening our brand's connection with the communities we served.

Overall, my role at Jibu was about building relationships and driving social impact. By empowering local entrepreneurs and ensuring our brand resonated with the community, I helped position Jibu as a leader in the social enterprise sector.

During my tenure as Board Secretary at the Zimbabwe German Society (ZGS), I played a pivotal role in facilitating effective governance and administrative operations. My primary responsibilities included organizing and meticulously documenting board meetings, preparing comprehensive agendas, and recording detailed minutes. I ensured timely follow-up on action items to uphold transparency and accountability within the organization.

Collaborating closely with fellow board members, I contributed to strategic planning and policy development initiatives aimed at promoting cultural exchange and fostering strong bilateral relationships between Zimbabwe and Germany. My insights and recommendations helped guide the organization towards achieving its mission objectives.

In addition to governance duties, I actively participated in coordinating various cultural events and initiatives organized by ZGS. These events aimed to showcase German culture in Zimbabwe, fostering cross-cultural understanding and appreciation among the local community. By organizing cultural festivals, educational programs, and community outreach activities, I helped raise awareness of German culture and strengthen ties between the two countries.

As the primary liaison between the board and external stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and community members, I ensured clear and efficient communication channels. This facilitated successful collaboration and support for ZGS projects and events, enhancing the organization's impact and visibility within the community.

Furthermore, I oversaw compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring that ZGS operated within the framework of its bylaws and governing documents. This role was crucial in maintaining the integrity and reputation of the organization, as well as safeguarding its long-term sustainability.
