As Program Lead, FaithTech Africa, I am responsible for overseeing, growing, and
delivering FaithTech’s programs across Africa. I ensure that FaithTech’s methodology,
spiritual foundations, and redemptive impact are upheld, while adapting to local culture and
context.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning

Develop annual / multi-year plans for program expansion, community growth,
resource allocation.
2. Program Delivery

Oversee FaithTech Create projects across Africa: from idea incubation
through development (4D cycle), launch, and evaluation.

Ensure that programs are high-quality, mission-aligned, sustainable, and
scalable.

Monitor impact: metrics, feedback, learning.
3. Community Leadership & Capacity Building

Before I jumped into the faith-tech scene, I spent 3 years revolutionizing recruitment across Poland, Hungary, Croatia, and Lithuania. 

Helped 200+ foreign ex-pats land roles in FMCGs, tech startups, and construction engineering. Oh, and I cut Korean civil engineering firms’ hiring cycles from 180 days to 60. 🕒💥
