• Create, implement, and maintain a SharePoint area for the GM team, ensuring it stays up to date with key information, guidelines, and resources.  
• Communicate and liaise effectively with internal stakeholders

Capacity Planning
• Work closely with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager to set up capacity planning for the GM team and own the process going forward to ensure effective ways of working enabling us to produce the best results 
• Coordinate capacity management, feeding data and insights into the wider team and into the annual planning cycle, helping us to plan efficiently 
• Adjust and evolve the process based on the changing needs of the team and senior leaders, to ensure we are working in the best way 

Marketing Impact/KPI measures
• Support the Senior Marketing Operations Manager in setting up a KPI framework, and manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing activities 
• Contribute to the effective ways of reviewing work, and communicating marketing successes, to other teams in the organisation

• Support the execution of campaign delivery, implementing campaign tactics and continuously measuring results to inform and progress onward activity.
