In my tenure as Head of Product, I was at the helm of three product teams and partly marketing.

Key accomplishments in the first year included:

Product Development:
Successfully launch a new product to the company's product portfolio, achieving an impressive $XXXk in ARR within its inaugural year.

Performance Marketing:
Initiated a performance marketing acquisition track, remarkably reducing CAC in this channel by 400% in six months. This led to achieving a balanced 1:1 LTV:CAC ratio, laying the groundwork for significant growth prospects and CAC reducing in 2024 in this channel. 

Product and marketing strategy:
Developed and began the implementation of a comprehensive strategy encompassing ICP, UVP and overall market positioning. This strategy was systematically integrated across all acquisition and product channels, both external and internal, with anticipated results by the end of 2024.

Head of Product

In my role as a product manager, I had key responsibilities across two primary areas. 

Monetization:
- Implemented a transition to a value-based pricing model, resulting in a significant 30% increase in ARPPU

Activation and retention:
- Overhauled the onboarding process, effectively doubling our activation rate.
- Focused efforts on enhancing retention across various product segments, contributing to a near 40% reduction in churn rate.

— I created a dashboard from scratch with the entire product funnel, which is used on a daily basis by the whole product team. I presented the main updates in metrics and action steps at the weekly meeting with the CEO

Achievements:
— I created an algorithm that extracts personal data from any company website with over 90% accuracy.
— I built the ML model to identify a company’s industry based on its website. 
— I implemented fuzzy search algorithm to quickly search for a similar organization in the database by its name, which speeded up the support work many times over.
— I created a fraud-detection ML model based on a person's personal data.
