Hey, I'm Oliver! Born and raised in the Lake District.

I’m a passionate media commentator talking about Gen Z, mental health, politics and young people in business.

Back in 2020, at the age of 16, I decided the PR industry needed a shake-up. 

That's when I started Platinum Live.

Educating the wider community on the threats to cetaceans and other marine mammals, as well as covering large game releases and lifestyle posts, my blog aims to be a fun yet interesting insight into areas which many people have no contact with otherwise,

With over a decade of experience in the Digital Marketing and PR industries, I am an accomplished social media marketer and copywriter, in both agency and in-house marketing teams. 

I have a passion for writing, editing and basic graphic design as well as developing social media strategies with a more human feel to them. I like to make brands feel personal and look for creative ways to boost engagement through the art of creative storytelling.

I am an advocate for mental health and will always make time for anyone who needs to talk. I am also a Migraine advocate due to my experience with migraine disease and am happy to talk to employees and employers about how workplaces can be made to be more migraine-friendly.
