Hey, I'm Oliver! Born and raised in the Lake District.

I’m a passionate media commentator talking about Gen Z, mental health, politics and young people in business.

Back in 2020, at the age of 16, I decided the PR industry needed a shake-up. 

That's when I started Platinum Live.

• Managed full recruitment cycle ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience for The Netherlands, France, Poland, Finland,
Germany & Spain
• Negotiated salaries, contracts, working conditions, and redundancy packages with staff and representatives
• Supported the development and implementation of the onboarding program, absence management system, e-learning platform, etc.
• Collaborated with management & staff to create organizational guidelines, procedures & processes
• Coordinated employee development plans and performance management
• Managed the organization’s employee database and prepared human resources reports

• Worked together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations

After almost a decade in the workforce as HR & Ops, helping companies scale and build thriving teams. I had enough of fighting daily to create a better culture and work environment with execs who fundamentally were chasing the cash bag only. I realized that to make a bigger impact, I need to reach more people directly.
