•	Led 5 Departments with 60+ staff, and acted as a Head of Field Operations in charge of planning and coordination within the OPCW-UN Joint Mission in Syria (2013 – 2014)
•	Coordinated 15+ inspections and projects related to the verification of chemical weapon (CW) disarmament and control activities and readiness 
•	Coordinated and lead 10+ projects related to core outputs
•	Advised and established agreements with OPCW member states on various aspects of operational deployments of INS
Key achievements:
•	Acted as a Deputy to the Team Leader of the OPCW component in the UN investigation of the alleged use of chemical weapons in Syria in 2013
•	Created the Inspection Manual of the OPCW and QDOC (quality documentation) system of the Inspectorate Division of the OPCW

As a CBRNe professional, I have extensive laboratory and field experience working with toxic, radioactive, and hazardous materials in military, civilian, OPCW, and UN environments. I’ve written numerous safety and security guides, protocols, and documents and developed and implemented safety and security projects and programs, ensuring quality compliance. I’ve also organised and conducted arms and CBRNe training and exercises for first responders, law enforcement and military units, emergency teams at hospitals, and emergency agencies. 

My previous and current employment has allowed me to work closely with teams of diverse scientists, industry professionals, auditors and investigators, OPCW and UN Team Leaders/Inspectors, and colleagues from several national Emergency Management Agencies, and leading teams during projects/missions of verification and the destruction of declared CW production facilities, stockpiles and storage facilities.
