Role Focus:

As a Financial Operations Analyst, I coordinate with the Finance department to translate contracts to billing templates, direct budgeting and forecasting operations, and analyse monthly budgets to track and explain budget variances. In addition, I set up a new business, including customer proposals’ verification, contract review, and billing set up in coordination with campus leadership and start-up teams, maximizing revenues. 

Key Outcomes:

➝ Define metrics to calculate hourly bonus pay for performance plans, coach and train staffers on financial and accounting performance, and direct distribution operations, complying with corporate governance. 
➝ Analyze Consumer Price Index to identify customer contracts qualifying for the price increment and ensure contract completion by monitoring contracts, reporting to the management.  
➝ Complete capital requisition and deliver analytical support to the campus leadership while administering Accounts Receivable and DSO reporting. 
➝ Create credit memos, enforce and oversee inventory controls, and evaluate ongoing billing accuracy by auditing clientele accounts.
