I lead the eCommerce digital team that specialises in Analytics, CRO & CMS, the team consists on CRO Leads, CMS & CRO Execs. I am responsible for the BAU performance of Saga’s insurance digital customer journeys, leading the CRO programme as well as delivering digital transformation and marketing projects across Insurance & Group.
As we manage the insurance digital customer journeys, which includes the quote and buy, covering both new business and renewals, and self-service portals and brochureware & campaign sites on the CMS (sitecore), the team is highly visible within the insurance business unit and I work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders such as Product Managers, Call Centre Ops, Change, Finance and IT Partners to deliver strategic business change whilst continuously championing the right customer experience & in-turn drive commercial results.

My role sits within the Group Digital department in the Brand & Customer function for Saga Plc. Within the Group Digital Team, I manage the Analytics, CRO & Content team where we specialise in CMS (sitecore), digital analytics and optimisation across the various Saga business functions delivering actionable customer insight and analysis to our internal stakeholders to drive strategy and decisions in relation to digital platforms, communications and online customer behaviour using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Sessioncam.

My role sits within the Customer Value Management Team in the Customer Intelligence Department for Saga Plc. In my position I can work across the various Saga business units delivering actionable customer insight and analysis to our internal stakeholders to drive strategy and decisions in relation to outgoing communications and online customer behaviour using Adobe Analytics, Tableau and Sessioncam.
