Following are my roles and responsibilities-

▪︎Analyzing the market trends using market research techniques and coming up with the customer pain points.
▪︎Identify one or more possible outcomes to solve the customer problems.
▪︎Discuss with internal stakeholders and come with a best possible outcome.
▪︎Build wireframes and designs for the feature.
▪︎Preparation of PRD,BRD,FRD,Use case and Use stories.

▪︎Conduct UAT on Stage Environment and inform customer about the release items.
▪︎Discuss with customer for the future release items and making sure that it is done on time and with best possible efficiency.

Product Details are given below:-

▪︎Developing a new end to end admin site of Credit management for B2C as well as B2B users.
▪︎Different modules of credit management were covered in the admin site and this would act as an one stop solution for the users.
▪︎Market analysis was carried out using surveys and brainstorming session.
▪︎Collected valid points and prepared the scope document.
▪︎Used design thinking and six sigma approach to maintain the quality and efficiency of the product backlogs.
▪︎Wrote BRD,Use Cases User stories and did prototyping using visio,jira,excel,word,balsamiq and tableau.

Following were my roles and responsibilities-

▪︎Developed a Learning Management System from scratch for Edtech clients
▪︎Requirements gathering, stakeholder management,risk assessment and change management techniques, project management techniques and strategies were carried out.
▪︎Prepared BRD,Use cases,user stories, test cases and did prototyping using draw.io,word,excel and jira tools.
▪︎Followed agile flow wherein BRD was kicked off to the users, story was planned and groomed to the developers/testers and reviewed test cases.
▪︎Performed UAT and gave product demos to the users.

▪︎Interacted and collaborated with key stakeholders, technical teams and client on weekly basis to get the project update.

▪︎Worked on REST API, to integrate two internal systems for the uniformity and effectiveness.
▪︎Developed one website wherein taxpayers and CPAs can easily navigate,submit and review their return documents on one click.
