To ensure the availability of furniture & fixtures & procurement in all houses as per the employee entitlement.
Responsible for put up the progress on colony complaints & major civil work inside the township.
To ensure the availability of Geysers ,Ceiling Fans ,ACs, Refrigerators, Desert Coolers for all employees as per policy.
To ensure the spare parts availability & to maintain the inventory in colony store of approx.. 2500 items related with maintenance.
Responsible for organizing the events & making arrangements inside township.
