From my conversation with Kristian Jønsson (Creative Force / Dreem.ai), here are his "Three Rules for Using AI To Test Faster":

Rule 1: Stop debating the perfect answer. Start generating the tasting menu.

“If you’re still arguing over the ‘right’ creative in a room, you’re wasting what AI is best at: giving you a fast tasting menu you can put in front of customers.”

Rule 2: Kill the waiting room. Start testing before the product arrives.

“You can learn which angles, bundles or promises resonate weeks before the product hits the warehouse — if you’re willing to test with ‘good enough’ AI assets.”

Rule 3: Don’t hold files. Hold truths.

“The asset is temporary. The pattern behind why it worked is the thing you want to keep, reuse and feed back into every new brief and prompt.”

Most marketing teams don’t have a data problem. They have a confidence problem.

GA4 is open. The ad platform is open. Maybe a dashboard everyone half-trusts. Nothing looks obviously broken, but nothing tells you what to do next either.

That’s analytical fog.

It’s the busywork dance between a metric and a decision:

→ re-pulling reports
→ double-checking filters and dates
→ reconciling tools that disagree
→ debating whether it’s the traffic or the page

The obvious cost is time. The real cost is momentum.

And that’s what we’re going to war with at Lucky Orange this coming year: the fog that turns simple questions into week-long investigations.

The goal isn’t more data. It’s fewer dead ends, fewer debates, and faster clarity on what to fix and why.
