As a project manager at Cameron, an SLB company, I lead and execute technology equipment projects for worldwide oil, gas, and process industries. I have been in this role for over three years, leveraging my expertise in FPSO and drilling rigs EPCI projects.

I have more than 20 years of experience as a project manager and contract manager, and four years as an engineering manager, in various brownfield and greenfield projects. I am skilled in project planning, project control, procurement, and contract management, as well as process engineering and people management. 
My mission is to deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients and stakeholders.

Oswaldo Athayde

  I work in the Oil &amp; Gas sector, with a strong focus on applied engineering and business development for critical offshore and industrial solutions.I have hands-on experience with valves, actuators, hydraulic systems, high-pressure equipment, subsea trees, wellheads, and severe service applications for production and drilling, supporting clients from technical specification through execution in complex projects. My role involves close interaction with operators, EPCs, system integrators, and global suppliers.My work is driven by operational risk reduction, asset reliability improvement, and CAPEX and OPEX optimization, always considering the full equipment life cycle, not just initial cost.From a reliability perspective, I support projects through HAZOP, HAZID, FMECA, RAM studies, criticality analysis, and reliability-centered decision-making, contributing to safer designs, higher equipment availability, and reduced operational risk throughout the asset life cycle.I actively engage in industry projects and discussions, staying aligned with technical trends, regulatory requirements, and real operational challenges across the energy sector.📌 Open to conversations about new projects, technical partnerships, and business development opportunities in Oil &amp; Gas, offshore, and critical industrial applications.
