Kasvu ja myynti – yrittäjän ikuiset kulmakivet 

Olen kohta ollut päätoimisena yrittäjänä 6 vuotta ja sivutoimisena noin 20 vuotta. Maailma on muuttunut valtavasti tänä aikana – digitalisaatio, uudet liiketoimintamallit ja globaalit haasteet – mutta yksi asia ei ole koskaan menettänyt merkitystään: myynti. Tarkemmin sanottuna hyötymyynti!

Ilman myyntiä ei ole kassavirtaa, eikä käyttökatetta. Ja ilman näitä on lähes mahdotonta tehdä kasvua. Harva sijoittaja lähtee mukaan yhtiöön, jossa ei ole edes näkymää toimivasta myynnistä. Liian moni yritys ajautuu vaikeuksiin, koska myynti ei toimi!

Myynti on ollut urani punainen lanka – olen rakentanut tiimejä, kehittänyt prosesseja ja sparrannut satoja myyjiä ja yrittäjiä. Tiedän, että kun myynti toimii, kaikki muu on helpompaa!

Muistakaa: Myynti ei ole pelkkää kaupan klousaamista – se on asiakkaan auttamista, arvoa ja luottamusta. Kun tämä onnistuu, kasvu seuraa!
