I set up all development processes inside the team so that we had the first release of our application in less than 2 months. Before this, we worked for around 1 year without even MVP version.

Team leadership: I lead and guided through several junior developers. I prepared tickets and
even skeletons of features for them. I performed code reviews and tech call stand-ups.

Database: I participated in data modeling at the beginning of the project. It required
analyzing crypto trading platforms APIs, defining key metrics to use and to calculate.

RESTful API: I designed and developed key API connectors to third-party platforms (5 crypto
exchange platforms); we built our own API to retrieve data for front-end application and in
order to serve one third-party white-label project, which used our database.

Performance issues: as it was a high-loaded system in terms of the data amount, we faced
latency issues. I implemented a caching mechanism for retrieving current exchange rate for
currencies; for some entities we de-normalized our database in order to retrieve more data
faster.
