Headquartered in Dublin, it has annualised sales of over €2 billion and has a strong global team of c.2200. It operates from 19 business units worldwide, including 14 production facilities, and has sales and marketing teams working in-market across all four corners of the globe.  I am currently based in Kerrygold Park, which is Ornua’s new state of the art manufacturing facility and centre of excellence for the Kerrygold Brand.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

•	Managed the Recruitment process – getting roles approved, advertising positions, shortlisting candidates, organizing assessments and interviews, conducting interviews, corresponding with candidates, reference checks, collating offer letters etc. 
•	Acted as a Subject matter expert on Ornua’s HRIS (SAP) for the Kerrygold Park site. This involves administering the Kerrygold Park fortnightly payroll (Core) and reporting on HR metrics.
•	Spearheaded Kerrygold Park’s Wellness Campaign and fundraising initiatives. 
•	Collaborated and partnered with other functions, such as Finance and Operations, for flow of relevant people information.
•	Represented and advised on employee relations issues e.g.  investigations, disciplinary and performance, ensuring fair procedure and compliance with legislation.    
•       Responsible for influencing and providing timely expert advice to line managers regarding the application and interpretation of a wide spectrum of issues, providing effective management of ER cases, engaging key stakeholders and developing solutions with expert advice.
•       Proactive in driving efficiencies in cost by identifying opportunities and creating HR plans to support successfully realising any cost saving potential

•	Accountable for completing and producing documents relating to animal wellbeing.

I consider Web 3.0 a tech-based decentralized interconnected system of networks that allows users to (read, write, and "own"{dialogue+own}) parts of those network. It's an extension of Web 1.0 (read{monologue}) and Web 2.0 (read & write{dialogue}). 

However - "Ownership of data" is an incomplete benefit statement for web3, because ownership isn't a benefit per se but rather a usage option relative to renting. Instead, I'd argue easier monetization of data or simpler interoperability of data is more interesting to consider. Data is easier to monetize because we now have a standard method to own our data through blockchain technology.

At the core - I feel blessed to be a part of the rebranding process of blockchain via Web 3.0. Personal & corporate based research plus investment experience makes me a vivid learner & experimentalist of the blockchain applications and peeks my interest in the following:
