I am currently based in Kerrygold Park, which is Ornua’s new state of the art manufacturing facility and centre of excellence for the Kerrygold Brand.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

•	Managed the Recruitment process – getting roles approved, advertising positions, shortlisting candidates, organizing assessments and interviews, conducting interviews, corresponding with candidates, reference checks, collating offer letters etc. 
•	Acted as a Subject matter expert on Ornua’s HRIS (SAP) for the Kerrygold Park site. This involves administering the Kerrygold Park fortnightly payroll (Core) and reporting on HR metrics.
•	Spearheaded Kerrygold Park’s Wellness Campaign and fundraising initiatives. 
•	Collaborated and partnered with other functions, such as Finance and Operations, for flow of relevant people information.
•	Represented and advised on employee relations issues e.g.  investigations, disciplinary and performance, ensuring fair procedure and compliance with legislation.    
•       Responsible for influencing and providing timely expert advice to line managers regarding the application and interpretation of a wide spectrum of issues, providing effective management of ER cases, engaging key stakeholders and developing solutions with expert advice.
•       Proactive in driving efficiencies in cost by identifying opportunities and creating HR plans to support successfully realising any cost saving potential

I joined this business as the main point of contact for business clients and managed end-to-end client
communications on crypto-backed loan applications and contract signing. I exploited a pipeline of leads,
following up to drive completions and conversions across applications, including reviewing their completeness and accuracy.

Leading the client through the entire journey, including underwriting and funding, I also liaised with existing clients on refinances, partially, full payoffs, and monthly interest payments (Wire, Stablecoins, ACH, and collateral liquidation), contract expiry/extensions, excess collateral return, risk management, and highly
sensitive margin calls.

To support improvements, I worked closely with the leadership teams to explore the optimisation of account strategy and discussed client feedback from across different functions.

When I started with the bank, I was a Client Service Agent for approximately 4-months, at which point I transitioned to the role of Business Onboarding Analyst. My objective in this position was to manage the increased number of applications as a result of heavy advertising through various means, including TV, radio, and social media. 

Delivering exceptional levels of customer service through various channels, I offered beneficial solutions to support the customer, ensuring I practised continuous service improvements, whilst proactively reducing the application queue. I reviewed business clients, adopting an analytical mindset to measure against bank’s overall risks and ensured the conduct of due diligence and money laundering checks. I would gather the correct information and additional supporting documentation to complete enhanced KYB and KYC due diligence, and I utilised both internal and external sources, including CIFAS and SIRA systems.

With high-risk applications, I ensured a firm understanding of various elements, including PEPs and Sanction matches, and I ensured the mitigation of financial crime risk when leading the onboarding process.
