I was talking to with my fraternity brother, Andrew (who works at LinkedIn) and he shared something most people wouldn't believe:

Let that sink in.

What makes you think your entire strategy should depend on it?

Here’s the truth:

LinkedIn is not a content game.
At least… not solely a content game.

Content is important, but content isn’t the finish line.

It’s the start of the real game.

That’s why I teach this:

- Content is only the spark.
- Conversations are the engine.
- Trust is the currency.

Your post isn’t there to rack up likes.

Your post is there to do one thing:

Start the right conversations with the right people.

Because in B2B… attention is cheap.

What’s the best financial advice you’ve ever received?

I watched Kim Kardashian's $180 MasterClass on building billion-dollar businesses.

Love her or hate her, she's built multiple nine-figure companies. Here's what she teaches that most entrepreneurs miss:

Lesson 1: You are the product.

People don't buy what you sell. They buy how you make them feel. Kim built KKW Beauty and SKIMS on confidence, not features. The feeling customers get when they use the product is what drives repeat purchases.

Lesson 2: Don't invent. Solve the problem no one else solved.

Kim didn't invent shapewear. She fixed what everyone complained about: visible lines, limited sizes, no nude shades for different skin tones. Find what's almost working in your market. Fix the one thing everyone hates. That's your opening.

Lesson 3: Define your brand before others do.

SKIMS almost launched as "Kimono." Huge backlash. Kim absorbed over $1M in printed inventory and changed the name immediately. She fixed it fast, brought customers into the solution, and turned a crisis into brand loyalty.

Lesson 4: Your customer is your co-founder.

SKIMS launched without a pee hole in the shapewear. Customers told her. She fixed it in the next production run. Listen to feedback. Make customers part of the process. They'll become your biggest advocates.

Lesson 5: Know your worth.

Kim's first deals: 6% royalty split three ways with her sisters. After fees, nearly nothing. KKW Beauty: She owned it. Built a billion-dollar business in 5 years with 4 people. Know what you bring to the table, then charge accordingly.

Lesson 6: Don't follow trends. Use them strategically.

Kim doesn't chase trends. She stays tuned into culture through her kids, group chats, and social media. She picks what aligns with her brand. If it happens to be trending, great. If not, she doesn't care.

Lesson 7: Build the brand to work without you.

SKIMS strategy: Year 1, Kim in every campaign. Year 2, scale back and use other models. She wanted the product to sell whether people liked her or not. Your brand should be able to stand without your face on everything.

Lesson 8: Marketing isn't everywhere. It's impact.

The nipple bra campaign started as a joke, went viral, then breast cancer survivors started posting about it. Kim created a breast cancer survivor bra in response. That's marketing you can't manufacture.

Lesson 9: Delegate everything that doesn't require you.

Kim takes calls in the shower and during workouts. She manages time to the minute and delegates everything she doesn't need to do herself. Hire for what you don't have. Let experts do their job.

Lesson 10: Quality is non-negotiable.

"You can have the best marketing, the best stars for your campaign. But if the product is sh*t, you are f*cked." No amount of hype fixes a bad product. Quality wins long-term.

My business has made me $4,024,429 in the last few years.

What’s your best sales advice?

If you do not live your life by design, you will live it by default.

Your daily routine is where design starts.

If you don't have one, read this:

1. Start waking up earlier

Being a "morning person" is a myth.

The morning starts the night before.

If you're scrolling until midnight, you're not waking up at 5am with energy. You're waking up groggy, reactive, and already behind.

High performers win the morning by protecting their sleep. Not by forcing themselves out of bed on willpower alone.

2. Protect deep work first

Most people structure their day around what feels urgent.

Meetings at 9am. Calls stacked back-to-back. Deep work crammed into whatever's left over – which is usually nothing.

That's not a schedule. That's chaos with a calendar.

Block your deep work time first. Everything else gets scheduled around it.

No meetings before noon. No Slack during focus blocks. No "quick calls" that derail your momentum.

3. Manage your energy, not just your time

You can have a perfectly time-blocked calendar and still be useless by midday if you're not fueling correctly.

Skipping meals doesn't make you productive. It makes you foggy, reactive, and prone to bad decisions.

Your brain can't function at a high level when your body is in survival mode.

Strategic fueling isn't about meal prep aesthetics. It's about maintaining cognitive performance for 12+ hours without crashing.

4. Plan your week in advance

Waking up without a plan is why you feel behind by noon.

You're reacting to whatever hits your inbox first instead of protecting time for work that actually moves the business forward.

Sunday night or Monday morning: block your entire week. Deep work, calls, admin time, everything.

If it's not on the calendar, it doesn't exist.

5. Don't rely on motivation

If your productivity depends on feeling motivated, you don't have a system– you have chaos that occasionally works.

High performers engineer their environment so focus is the default, not the exception.

They don't rely on discipline. They build systems worth being disciplined about.

Here's the truth:

The business owners who consistently outperform aren't working harder. 

They've designed their days so energy, focus, and execution are protected – not hoped for.

If you're constantly tired, constantly distracted, constantly feeling behind... the problem isn't your work ethic.

The problem is you don't have systems protecting your energy.

I spend 1 hour a day on sales and I made $4,024,429.

Here are the 7 lessons it taught me: 

Lesson 1: Eliminate decision fatigue, fast. 

I map my entire week every Sunday. Every work block. Every deep work session. Every call.

Zero percent of my day is left to "what do I feel like doing."

Most entrepreneurs wake up without a plan and wonder why they feel behind by noon.

Firm goals, soft plans. The goal doesn't change. The daily execution can adjust around it.

Lesson 2: You become your environment. 

When I was working my summer internship I had to drive my boss somewhere.

He got into my car and said “You didn’t know I was coming into your car today but it’s still spotless”

It reminded me that a clean space creates a clean mind.  

You can't produce organized work from a chaotic environment.

Lesson 3: Engineer your energy, don't depend on it

I live in the Northeast. It's dark by 4pm half the year.

So I wake up at 4am and blast a sun lamp in my face for 3 hours while I work.

I wear activewear every day so I can get up and move without changing. Walking pad next to my desk.

Lesson 4: Cash collected is the only metric that matters

Every week, I track one thing: Did we collect at least $X in cash?

Not revenue. Cash.

Revenue is vanity. Cash is reality.

If we're at the 15th of the month and under our cash collected baseline, that guides every decision for the rest of the month.

Lesson 5: Daily sales huddles keep the team aligned

We run daily sales huddles with my sales team.

Not weekly. Daily.

I can't remember a time before we did this – it's that effective.

Sales is the lifeblood of the business. 

Lesson 6: Recovery is part of the system, not a luxury

Lift weights 3-5 times a week. Minimum 100 grams of protein daily.

Long walks with no phone. I sit in the woods with my dog. No headphones. Just snow falling.

I’ve learned the difference between stillness and laziness.

Stillness recharges you. Laziness drains you.

Lesson 7: Business will humble you if your ego doesn't

Your results are 100% dependent on you.

If your business isn't where you want it to be, that's a direct result of your ability.

I had rough months last year that snowballed because I didn't confront the issues head-on.

Stay humble. Get your hands dirty. Your business needs you present, not perfect.

The truth most people avoid:

You can't scale a business on motivation and vibes.

You need systems.

I don't wake up every day "feeling it." I wake up and execute the routine that's already built.

Discipline isn't forcing yourself to work harder.

It's building a routine so airtight that focus becomes the default.

The most valuable thing I own isn’t my business. 

It's the systems that run it without me.

Here's why most entrepreneurs stay stuck at 6-figures per year: 

They’re doing everything, by themselves.

Client delivery. 

DMs. 

Content.If you disappear tomorrow, revenue stops.

That's not a business. That's a trap.

I call it the Founder's Curse: The more valuable you are to your business, the less valuable your business is.

When the business can't run without you, you can't scale

No vacations. No sick days. No exit strategy.

You didn't build a business. You built yourself a very expensive job.

I learned this the hard way. I was sick for 7 days and my revenue dropped 70%.

I didn't own a business. I owned a treadmill.

Here's the shift:

Working in your business = doing all the tasks yourself.

Building your business = creating systems that work without you.

One keeps you stuck at $10K months. One gets you to $100K months.

How to actually build systems:

Document every process so someone else can replicate it.

Build templates, scripts, and frameworks for anything you do twice.

Automate what you can. Delegate what you can't.

Replace one-on-one delivery with group delivery. Record your framework once. Use it forever.

Build offers that deliver results without requiring your constant presence.

The truth nobody wants to hear:

Scalable businesses aren't built on founder effort.

They're built on systems that produce results while you sleep.

Your expertise should leverage you, not limit you.

The vision:

Take a week off. Revenue still flows in.

Your systems handle delivery. Your business runs itself.

This is what freedom actually looks like.

Not working less. Working on what matters while your systems handle execution.

The decision:

Keep doing everything yourself and stay stuck at your current income.

Or build systems that free you to focus on growth and strategy.

Dependency = ceiling. 

Leverage = scale.

You can't scale what only you can do.

Raise your price…

Because the fastest way to sabotage your business isn't by charging too much.

It's by charging too little.

Here are 7 truths about premium pricing they’ll never tell you:

1. If you're worried about losing clients when you raise your price, you already have the wrong clients

High-ticket buyers don't blink at premium pricing. Bargain hunters do.

Raise your price and watch the quality of your clientele change overnight.

The clients who leave weren't your people anyway.

2. Your low price isn't making you accessible. It's making you forgettable

People don't take action on cheap offers. They bookmark them and move on.

Premium pricing creates urgency and commitment.

When someone invests $5K, they show up. When they pay $500, they disappear.

3. "I can't afford it" means "I don't see the value yet"

That's not a pricing problem. That's a positioning problem.

Stop dropping your price. Start clarifying your value.

The right client will find a way to pay. The wrong client will always have an excuse.

4. Charging $997 for a transformation worth $100K isn't generosity. It's self-sabotage

You're not helping more people by staying cheap. You're burning out faster.

Price for the result, not the effort.

If your offer changes someone's business trajectory, charge accordingly.

5. The best marketing strategy is a higher price

When you charge premium, you show up differently. You deliver differently. You attract differently.

Low prices attract low commitment. High prices attract serious action-takers.

Your price sets expectations before you ever speak.

6. You don't need more clients. You need better clients paying better prices

One $10K client beats ten $1K clients every single time.

Less volume. More revenue. Actual freedom.

Stop trying to serve everyone. Start serving the right people at the right price.

7. If you're scared to raise your price, you don't trust your offer yet

Build something so transformational that premium pricing feels obvious.

Confidence isn't built by lowering standards. It's built by raising them.

Your hesitation to charge more is costing you revenue and credibility.

The truth:

Your price is a signal.

It tells the market who you serve, what you value, and how seriously you take your work.

Underpricing doesn't make you humble. It makes you invisible.

Charge what your transformation is worth. Then deliver 10x that value.

For years, I planned my business in 30-day cycles. Hit the revenue goal, stress about next month, repeat.

I was always busy, never ahead, and completely reactive.

The shift happened when I stopped planning month-to-month and started planning three years out.

I wrote down exactly where I wanted the business to be in three years. Specific revenue. Specific team structure. The actual business model I wanted, not just what felt achievable next month.

Then I reverse-engineered it: What does year two need to look like? Year one? This quarter?

That single exercise changed everything about how I make decisions.

Short-term planning keeps you small.

When you're only thinking 30 days out, every decision is driven by urgency instead of strategy. You're not building infrastructure – you're managing sprints.

Monthly planning creates monthly thinking. And monthly thinking creates businesses that can't scale past the founder's capacity.

You hit $15K this month, great. What systems did you build that make $15K inevitable next month without you working harder?

Most people can't answer that because they're optimizing for this month's number, not next year's infrastructure.

Most people lose the sale in the first 30 seconds...

Because they make these 7 mistakes (here’s the fix for each):

1. They wing it

No script. No structure. Just hoping they say the right thing at the right moment.

Then wonder why their close rate is 30% instead of 80%.

→ Fix: Build a repeatable framework. Every high-performing closer follows a system, not their gut.

2. They ask generic questions

"So what are you struggling with?" "How's business going?"

That's not discovery. That's small talk.

→ Fix: Get specific. "How much did you make last month? The month before? What's your biggest bottleneck?" No specifics = no leverage.

3. They pitch features instead of outcomes

"Our program includes 12 modules, weekly calls, and a private community."

Cool. But what does that solve for THIS prospect?

→ Fix: Tie everything back to what they just told you. Make it about their gap, not your curriculum.

4. They uncover objections too late

You pitch. You state the price. Then hear "I need to think about it."

Now you're playing defense.

→ Fix: Ask before you pitch: "On a scale of 1-10, how's this sounding?" If they're not at 8+, find out why NOW.

5. They fill the silence after stating the price

"The investment is $5K... and here's why that's worth it because you get X, Y, Z and most people see results in—"

Every word after the price weakens your position.

→ Fix: State the price. Stop talking. Let THEM respond first.

6. They blame the leads

"They weren't ready." "They couldn't afford it." "Wrong audience."

Maybe. Or maybe your sales process needs work.

→ Fix: Track your close rate. If it's under 60%, the problem isn't the leads – it's your system.

7. They treat every call like a unique conversation

No two calls are the same, so they improvise each time.

That's not sales. That's gambling.

→ Fix: Build a repeatable process. High performers don't reinvent the wheel– they execute the same proven system.

The difference between a 30% close rate and an 80% close rate isn't talent.

It's having a system that removes guesswork from the conversation.

I went from inconsistent sales to an 80% close rate by treating sales like a skill to master, not a talent to hope for.

If your sales calls feel unpredictable, you don't have a people problem.

You have a system problem.

There was a season where I was making $100k months with little effort.

Everything was working. People admired the results. And I realized something that scared me: I was starting to coast.

Not because I couldn't do more. But because "it's fine" is incredibly seductive when your current reality already looks successful to everyone else.

Here's the problem with $100k months: They're good enough to stop you from building what's actually possible.

You've proven the model works. You're making real money. You're in the top percentage of online business owners.

But you also know you're leaving revenue on the table. You know your systems could be tighter. You know you're personally involved in too many parts of the business.

And instead of fixing it, you tell yourself it's "good enough."

The most dangerous phase in business isn't when everything's broken. It's when your old goals still work and you convince yourself that's sufficient.

This is where most businesses plateau. Not from failure – from comfort.

When I was sitting at consistent $100k months, nothing was broken. But I had accidentally built a ceiling that looked like success but functioned as a cap on what was actually possible.

The shift to $100k+ months wasn't about working harder. It was about refusing to accept "good enough" as the finish line.

I rebuilt systems. I hired strategically. I eliminated bottlenecks I'd been tolerating. I raised prices. I changed my offer structure.

Same business. Different infrastructure. Completely different outcome.

If you've hit a revenue level that feels "successful" but something still feels off – it's not the number. It's that you know you're capable of more but you've gotten comfortable where you are.

Comfort isn't the reward for success. It's the thing that stops you from scaling past it.

January 1st hit and my inbox flooded with "new year, new me" posts, vision boards, and 90-day planners.

Meanwhile, I was already two weeks into executing the plan I locked in back in December.

Here's what happens every January: Most business owners spend the first three weeks deciding what they want to build. By the time they're ready to move, they've lost a month.

If you're still setting goals in January, you're already behind.

The business owners who will actually win in 2026 locked their plan in November or December. January wasn't about deciding. It was about implementing.

Here's the pattern I see every year:

People buy the planner. Post the vision board. Talk about their goals publicly. 

But when February hits? Nothing's different. Same content strategy. Same revenue plateau. Same reasons why "it's just not the right time yet."

They're not planning. They're performing the idea of planning.

The businesses that scale don't treat January like a strategic retreat. They treat it like month one of a system that's already running.

Businesses that plateau reset every quarter. New offer. New content strategy. New "this time it'll be different" energy.

But nothing compounds because they're always starting over instead of building on what works.

If your 2026 plan is still in your head or scribbled in a notebook three weeks into the year, you didn't lose planning time – you lost execution time.

February will arrive. You'll realize you spent January "getting clear" instead of building. And you'll be exactly where you were in December, just with less time to make up for it.

Planning isn't a January activity. It's what you should've done in November.

January is for execution. Not deciding what to execute.

The gap between a $20K/month business and a $100K/month business isn't strategy. It's the ability to lock in a plan and execute it without needing to reset every 30 days.

Stop treating every month like a fresh start. Start building something that compounds.

In business, this means: stop reinventing the wheel.

Find a proven system (like my CASH framework: Content, Audience, Sales, High-class Experience) and execute it relentlessly.

Stop trying to be the first. Be the best at what already works.

The result?

$15.47 billion in box office revenue. Highest-grossing actor of all time.

Not by doing more. By choosing better.

Here's what most entrepreneurs get wrong:

They think more offers = more revenue. 
More content = more sales. 
More hustle = more success.

Wrong.

Saldaña's career proves the opposite: ruthless selectivity and long-term commitment to quality beat volume every single time.

Stop chasing every opportunity. Start building one thing worth committing to.

But here's what actually matters:

Women are conditioned to accept what we're given…

Told our salary range before we can state our expectations. 

Thanked for being "reasonable" when we don't push back. 

Labeled "difficult" the moment we advocate for ourselves.

In corporate America, I took the $55K salary without negotiation. 

I said "thank you" when I should have said "and?" 

I shrunk myself to fit their budget instead of demanding they meet my worth.

Then I became an entrepreneur.

I’ve built a business that’s generated over $4M in revenue.

Not because I'm smarter than I was in corporate. But because I stopped accepting what I was told I deserved and started claiming what I knew I was worth.

Here's what shifted:

• I stopped charging based on hours and started pricing based on transformation 
• I stopped apologizing for my rates and started owning them confidently 
• I stopped waiting for permission and started giving it to myself

The women I work with come to me with the same pattern:

Undercharging. Over-delivering. Apologizing for their prices.

And I tell them what I wish someone had told me sooner:

Your worth isn't determined by what your last employer paid you, what your competitors charge, or what feels "safe."

Your worth is determined by the value you create and the transformation you deliver.

Reese's wardrobe clause wasn't about clothes.

It was about a woman who understood her value and negotiated accordingly.

She didn't ask permission. She didn't apologize. She created her own terms.

Female entrepreneurs are rewriting the rules:

• Building 7-figure businesses without asking for approval. 
• Charging premium prices without justification. 
• Creating wealth on our own terms without apology.

The corporate world taught me to be grateful for crumbs.

Entrepreneurship taught me to own the entire bakery.

So here's my question:
