- Develop a social media strategy with the main goal to create a community around Hotpot Italia
- Coordinate our Marketing Pillar
- Build lean internal workflows 
- Cooperate with external prospects in order to find new media opportunities
- Masterclass (interviews) with CEO / Founders / Managers of big companies

Results:
- Build "Curators" team, an internal team made up of 8 people who create content for Hotpot Italia
- Move from 1,5% ER to 5% in 7 months (no paid advertising - only organic)

Meanwhile, independently run TEDx events help share ideas in communities around the world.

My role in a few points in TEDx:

- Create a social media strategy with the main goal to create a community around TEDxIulm
- Coordinate a team of 5 (Video makers, Graphic Designers and Copywriters)
- Cooperate with external prospects in order to find new media opportunities

Results:
- Event went Sold Out in 3 Days (100 tickets)
- Instagram Engagement Rate > 10% 
- Collaboration with BeCube, an agency of Publicis Groupe
- Event went Viral with a social tactic -> over 200 repost on IG Stories (including italian influencers as Iman Jane and Francesco Costa)

The goal of the page is to inform students and professionals through the story of advertising campaigns and at the same time to excite and bring young people to the vast and interesting world of advertising.

What I did in Clever:

- Create a social media strategy with the main goal to create a community around Clever Adv
- Coordinate a team of 5 Copywriters.

Results:
- from 300 to 15k followers in 5 months (organic growth)
