During my expansive tenure, I achieved a great deal of success. Some of my proudest accomplishments are outlined below:

✶ Co-launched RR&F Logistics LLC from the ground up. Grew from two to 185 multi-location staff, 1K clients delivering 1K weekly shipments, and zero to $500M in annual sales revenue, despite many economic challenges. Company was acquired by MODE/SUNTECKtts in 2021, a $4B North American 3rd party logistics provider who absorbed 41 key employees.
✶ Facilitated sale of company with Platform CEO and backing PE Firm, completing LOI to close in < 6 months.
✶ Pioneered company sales model; processes/procedures, tools, staff, and marketing strategies. Implemented strategic initiatives for continuous improvement and to take organization to the next level. 
✶ Orchestrated takeover of underperforming agency in Florida including onsite assessment and third-party negotiations for acquisition of $10M agency. Successfully tripled profitability of business unit each month for <two-years.
✶ Established company HR processes/procedures, compensation plans, culture, and structure. Hired, trained, and coached team members to drive the highest levels of individual/team performance. Developed curriculum and provided comprehensive training to serve as product/logistics experts. Effectively managed the customer journey and sales cycle to surpass customer expectations.
