But in 2021 I had a crisis.

I realized that working for a business limited my ability to grow and that my financial freedom was dependent on everyone other than me. 

So I jumped.

I started my first company - SiteLyft - initially a fun idea that quickly ballooned into so much more.

In pioneering the SaaS model of agency web design I have been able to help hundreds of small business owners built a presence online. 

With the launch of my new company AntiAgency - I am now able to help those same business owners dominate their market with cost effect, professional, digital services.

• Led and maintained the strategy for virtual, hybrid, and on-site meeting technologies for a global clientele, specializing in corporate and pharmaceutical contracts. 
• Served as an expert on meeting platforms, advising on features, configurations, and best practices to meet client needs. Guided stakeholders through technology selection and implementation process, standard operations development, and global adoption. 
• Worked closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless event technology solutions and provided sales enablement support to promote preferred suppliers.

• First full-time employee at the agency, grew to manage a team of 5 employees, producing events for 5,000+ attendees. Helped triple revenue during tenure and secured annual renewals of contracts with major clients. Managed over 30 events during tenure and secured annual contract renewals with all enterprise-level accounts.

• Coordinated Next Generation Works program for the Annual International Theatre Festival. Managed workshop development for 9 new works from auditions through final production, guiding high school students and teachers through the new play and musical development process.

• Evaluated new plays for publication in Dramatics and Teaching Theatre, editorial magazines for high school and middle school teachers and students. Cultivated relationships with playwrights and directors for potential features and publishing opportunities.

• Assisted in producing the Humana Festival, the largest festival for new plays in America. Provided production support, season planning consultation, and took ownership of audience engagement strategies.
• Coordinated with stakeholders and artists to host cocktail receptions and networking events within the festival.
• Evaluated new plays, edited and wrote for publications, conducted research, attended rehearsals, supported company-wide artistic planning.

As Meetings Technology Consultant, I specialize in working closely with my clients to identify their unique needs and develop a customized technology strategy to maximize efficiency and impact. I have extensive knowledge of the meetings technology industry, a knack for learning new platforms, and a passion for facilitating collaboration. 

I joined Amex GBT in February 2023 after leading an early-stage startup events agency as Creative Director where I leveraged my skills in audience engagement and technology solutions to create end-to-end events strategies for my clients in the corporate, life-sciences, and non-profit sectors. 

I am passionate about researching industry trends and keep up to date with leading suppliers to help my clients select the tools that best suit their needs and lead them through strategy and adoption.

Before joining the events industry, I lived the multi-hyphenate-freelance lifestyle by collaborating on productions and new play development in American Theatre, managing French translation projects, writing for arts and culture oriented publications, and jumping into any creative challenge that crossed my path. My freelance career gave me the opportunity to be an editor for a novel, a translator for a French biopic, and a reader for new play festivals across the country.
