But in 2021 I had a crisis.

I realized that working for a business limited my ability to grow and that my financial freedom was dependent on everyone other than me.

On the Simple team at Netsmart, I manage complex projects and business programs, develop strategies to improve efficiency, and produce inbound leads through digital marketing activities.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT:

I directed and produced my own adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's "The Debutante". 

I led the project from conception to completion over the course of 14 months, envisioning the artistic design and directing all elements of the production. 

I recruited and managed a team of over 30 people in various roles - actors, designers, assistants, crew. 

I spearheaded all marketing initiatives for the show, maintained budgets and expenses, and presented proposals to executive producers. 

Final deliverables included an in depth, 35 page thesis regarding F. Scott Fitzgerald's personal and artistic intentions with the play and their bearing on artists and audiences at large.
