I’ve built my career on cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and data-backed decision-making paired with a passion for health and wellness. 
Whether it’s facilitating marketing and product launch initiatives, supporting brand and packaging refreshes, or developing product stories that resonate, I bring an athlete’s focus and a coach’s mindset to every project.

Outside of work, I’m a Precision Nutrition-certified coach and lifelong athlete, with competitive experience in gymnastics, diving, CrossFit, and weightlifting. I’m always exploring new hobbies, hiking new trails, and absolutely petting every dog I meet!
