As a 57‑year‑old trainer, certified health coach and iOS developer, I work on one problem from two angles:

• Coaching: 
Helping 40/50+ professionals improve energy, sleep and strength with simple, evidence‑based habits.

• Product: 
Building humane apps like Sunlock (sunlight before screenlight) and PRSNT (presence on demand) that protect focus instead of stealing it.

Across both, the goal is the same: protect the health, attention and performance of people in the second half of life, using the philosophy of “fundamentals over fads”.

In addition to my current Demolish the Wall role I am delighted to take on the role of Ambassador for the Big Youth Group. If we want a better world, in every possible way, then we must nurture our youth, not put them down. Improving the odds for success for young people is critical. We need to impart our knowledge, experience and share our mistakes. Mental Health is the cornerstone to success, without positive mental health and an environment where people can disclose without fear we are fighting a losing battle. I look forward to being part of the team to make this happen.
