● Conducted large scale evaluation of a HUD five-week national training program​, resulting in a
demonstration of program success in improving timeliness and quality of work.

● Led four-year effort to report on and improve processes related to the assessment of the
success of human capital best practices​ within the Department of Defense. 

● Re-designed and re-engineered entire HR Line of Business for the Securities and Exchange Commission

● Conducted holistic organizational assessment for US Marshals, leading to strategic re-structuring​. 

● Led a year-long program assessment for a government-wide initiative designed to decentralize
the monitoring of strategic human capital practices​.

● Developed and analyzed surveys assessing labor-management relations practices​ across DoD's 800,000 employees and 1300 local bargaining units.

including a mortgage broker. This work involved conducting in-depth statistical analyses to link

● Designed major research projects examining customer satisfaction with exhibits at a major

● Evaluated employee motivation and performance​ in a manufacturing and a social work
organization. Developed employee-attitude assessments and conducted statistical analyses of data.

● Developed an extensive, culture-focused interview protocol for employees at an organization that
manufactures “smells” for consumer products.
