As the Academic Head, I assisted with all operational and academic matters in accordance to overseeing the efficiency of the school. 

I managed a diverse team of educators and staff to ensure that there was smooth running of all areas - content creation, curriculum development, live lessons and learning and administration. I also ensured that there was good rapport between the key stakeholders, educators, school and parents. My experience included, but was not limited to, checking claim forms, budgeting, ensuring quality content was created and innovative pedagogy utilized, as well as general academic and marketing strategies were created and implemented. This included Cambridge and IEB curriculum. An exciting part of this position was the opportunity to navigate various AI tools to ensure my teams maximum productivity was reached, that there was sound instructional design being conducted and communication remained professional.

I have experience in content curation and creation in brick and mortar schools, as well as for online schools.
