•	Managed International Sales Operations: Led and executed inbound and outbound sales strategies for SMB and enterprise SaaS clients in hospitality and logistics, including DoorDash, Wish.com, and Lightspeed Commerce.

The umbrella company is Travel Freedom Group, which has over 50 retail locations in ANZ operating under the brands PeterPans, Backpackers World Travel, StudentUni Travel, Travel Freedom, and The Travel Project

The role included:

•	Design and implement effective customer-centric Sales, Product, and Business Development Strategies across five separate retail (55 retail locations), Contact Centre, and online businesses

I’m one of the lucky ones—making money doing what I love: telling stories, teaching, and writing.

I started out selling snowboards in a country with 10 months of sunshine, lost everything, and started again more than once. I’ve owned several businesses—some very successful, and from others, I’ve gained valuable lessons.

I scaled my marketing agency to 7 figures (people love this phrase), sold a small SaaS platform (it wasn’t groundbreaking, but I got paying customers, which is more than most), and have been teaching at universities and colleges since 2014.

I’ve written two novels and a best-selling book, Fck the Slides*, which helps people tell better stories instead of delivering boring presentations. My methods have helped founders raise capital, improve sales, and communicate more effectively.

Since November 2022, I’ve been traveling the world and have spoken in over 40 cities—from Brazil to Australia.

In 2025, I’ll complete the draft of my next book, The Business Catcher: Why We’re All Building Brands the Wrong Way and How to Fix It (working title—yes, I know it’s a bit long).
