Orange Business is a subsidiary of ex-France Telecom, now known as Orange since 2013. Company operates as a hybrid telecom provider and IT integrator. My work took place in the middle of a global restructuring project merging 11 agencies into 5, redefining company’s strategic roadmap.

- Enhanced B2B NPS for a Leading European IT by coaching key stakeholders to leverage offers with more than 150+ personal coaching sessions (Teams, Calls, Face to Face).
- Collaborated with Amazon Web Services on sales tactics, helping local governmental agencies & healthcare companies be more secure and flexible by planning 20+ Prospect Meetings to tailor digital offers and drive sales.
- Organized #OrangeBusinessTour 2023, 300+ participating companies which opened door to new business opportunities on topics such as Cloud Computing & Cybersecurity.
- Conducted academic research on the Impact of Digital Transformation on Business Development in Telecom corporations - validating a 240 ECTS program.

Omnibox Officiel

Founded a startup simplifying brand creation for athletes with an emlyon alumni. Omnibox is the fruit of hundred hours of work, mistakes and eventually success. A life lesson I will always remember.

- Omnibox still operates and growth today but I am not involved in its operations since January 2023.
- Negotiated a contract with Motocross World Champion Tom Vialle, and helped him gain 50 000 new supporters by conceiving a brand and website with global logistic and supply management to deliver internationally.
- Spearheaded all promotion efforts, forming strategic partnerships with influencers & artists: +250 000 target audience.
- Designed and monitored an online interactive contest recording over 14 000+ participations, highlighting great market fit.

SBM Offshore

SBM Offshore is the leader in supplying safe, sustainable and affordable energy from the ocean thanks to its cutting-edge technologies. My mission was to transform the knowledge transfer by implementing a Learning Management System, working in transversal and international settings from Monaco business district.

- Assessed project scope, identified potential risks, and analyzed inputs from employees worldwide with structured qualitative research (primary + secondary data).
- Conceived, Executed and Supervised a LMS implementation aligning with company’s vision: optimize, transform and innovate for 12+ countries.
- Built deliverables: Presentation, Reports and meticulous Guidelines impacting 7 000+ employees, ensuring compliance with stringent industry regulations.

Conducted a field survey for Acoustique Wernert as part of my first-year study, gaining valuable work experience in marketing research involving data analysis.

- Designed and administered questionnaires to collect data, ensuring relevant and accurate information for analysis. 
- Conducted data analysis, including cross-tabulation and other relevant techniques, to generate insights and recommendations. 
- Contributed to the implementation of new marketing strategies based on the survey findings, driving positive outcomes for the company.

• Proven record in diverse and complex business contexts: Startup, Energy, Telecom - IT integrator and (soon) Big Pharma. I spent the last 5 years developing transferable competencies in sales & business development, change management, digital marketing and branding management, understanding that a forward-thinking approach is the heart of their success.

• Animated by the desire of learning continously and joining a company that values innovation, customer-centricity, and social responsibility. I have chosen to conclude my academic journey with an immersion at MSD (Merck & Co). It is the 4th largest pharmaceutical company globally thanks to power of R&D in Science to improve peoples' and animals' life. This vision aligned with the meaningfulness I want to create in my contribution to society. ♻️

👉 From July to December 2024, I will Intern as a Project Manager for the Digital Marketing Innovation team in Paris, which serves as an internal incubator for sourcing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions by collaborating closely with various teams, including Large Accounts, Insights & Data Science, Digital Marketing Operation, and Communication.
