I don’t coach, consult, or motivate.

I work with a small number of decision-makers who already carry real responsibility and don’t need another framework, system, or program.

Most of the people I work with are competent, experienced, and successful by any external measure. What’s changed is the weight of the decisions. The context is heavier. The consequences are real. And there are fewer places to think out loud without managing optics or opinions.

My role is simple:
I help people see clearly and decide cleanly.

This work isn’t about growth for growth’s sake or chasing optimization. It’s about collapsing noise, surfacing what actually matters, and creating resolution around decisions that can’t be delegated.

There are no slide decks.
No deliverables.
No group calls or ongoing programs.

Just direct conversation, honest judgment, and a private place to think before a decision becomes expensive.

This is not a fit if you’re looking for accountability, implementation help, or step-by-step plans. I don’t help people become decision-makers; I work with people who already are one.

The work usually begins with a short, focused advisory engagement. For a small number of clients, I stay involved on a monthly basis as a thinking partner and sounding board. That ongoing relationship is offered selectively and only when it’s genuinely useful.

I’m an accounting firm partner, growth leader, revenue strategist, and passionate people-builder. With a Bachelors and Masters from Cambridge University and over 20 years of hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and business development. I currently serve on the Advisory Council for the Women in Leadership program at Houston Christian University, supporting academic and professional initiatives that accelerate women’s impact in business and society. I’m passionate about amplifying underrepresented voices and helping others rise through connection, strategy, and service.

A self-confessed neuroscience nerd and cognitive psychology junkie, I’m endlessly fascinated by how the brain shapes human behavior-and how we can use that knowledge to build better relationships with our clients, colleagues, and within our communities.

I also believe accountants have been our own worst publicists. That ends now. We are data storytellers, trusted advisors, and growth drivers-rockstars in our own right-and it’s time the world knew it!

My goal? To help my firm grow revenue and deepen impact, while making the world a better, kinder, more inclusive place for my kids to grow up in.
