I reckon most charities run on two things. A whole lot of passion, and some scramble behind the scenes.

As a not-for-profit COO, I build the operational backbone that turns that scramble into coordinated action so vision comes to life without burning people out.

I am Dr Ikechukwu Okoh, a Healthcare Leader, Executive Coach, Angel Investor, and passionate advocate for building sustainable, innovative healthcare solutions in Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond.

With 2 decades of experience in Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and the UK, I’ve worn many hats: emergency medicine doctor, healthcare executive, startup advisor, and business strategist.
