First position within the recruitment industry initially tasked with trouble shooting an onsite operation which was in a loss making state.
I was able to build relationships fast and turned the site around in 3 month period. 
Site finished the year in profit.

Reported direct in to the regional manager in the absences of a branch manager 

Demonstrated strong account management, business development & excellent service levels 

I had responsibilities for both Industrial & Commerical sectors mainly temporary supply.

Recruited for large blue chip companies throughout the Nottinghamshire area 

Transferred to the Leicester branch in 2007 to grow the credibility of large commercial account. Established strong relationships with key contacts within the organisation which enabled me to grow the account by 50% 

Gained valuable experience of running the branch in the absence of a Branch Manager
