My job as a Financial Service Representative is to work with clients to understand their short- and long-term goals, overall lifestyle and level of risk tolerance, in order to provide tailored advice and develop effective financial plans to meet their financial objectives.

My job description included, but was not limited to: 
Identifying customers,
Validating and cashing cheque,
Accept cash and cheques for deposit and check accuracy of deposit slips,
Process cash withdrawals.
Perform specialized tasks such as personal money orders and exchanging foreign currency,
Record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures.

I also have studied our products and services thoroughly so I have the ability to answer any questions clients may have regarding their chequing/ savings accounts and other bank related products.

 I work hard to resolve issues and problems with customer's accounts.
