She lives on Nantucket year round with her two children and serves as treasurer to the Nantucket Book Festival. Being able to read the New York Times Sunday edition at the beach is just one of the many perks to running a business on Nantucket. With over 1,000 successful projects under her belt, Meg brings experience and guidance to a team of amazing bookkeepers.

We provide entrepreneurs with operational and business development expertise in order to facilitate their growth and profitability. 

We also connect businesses which need capital in order to grow with individuals or institutions that are looking to provide such capital as well as expertise specifically relevant to that business. In some instances, Eastern Light Advisors will co-invest or will structure other creative financing options. We believe that thriving independent businesses are an integral part of creating and sustaining better communities.

Founding and running an accounting firm, co-founding a non-profit, producing events for entrepreneurs, speaking and teaching on topics for small businesses, serving on non-profit boards, and writing on an assortment of topics have kept me busy across my career.

After 20+ years of working IN the accounting field, I'm making the shift to working ON the accounting field. We are a field that is ripe for change and I can't wait to give back to a community that has given me so much.
