     • Open Systems: increased conversions on Google Ads by 3,150% and reduced cost/conversion by 97% in a four month period
      • Ontinue: in a four month span I helped increase conversions by 150% and decrease cost/conversion by 61% on Google Ads
      • Blue Haven Pools & Spas: went from managing 26 to 38 accounts, managed changes across all 38 accounts on a daily basis to optimize performance, improved YoY conversions by 24% and conversion rate by 220% during the slow season

Highland French Toast

I made my own stuffed french toast and buttermilk syrup business throughout my teenage years. I started out by taking flyers around my neighborhood and taping flyers to people's doors. I would mostly offer it seasonally around Mother's Day, Father's Day, and General Conference weekends where people are looking for fun breakfast options but maybe don't have the skill or desire to make it themselves. 

I would go and buy ingredients/materials and make the syrup and french toast with my mom the night before or day of and then go and deliver it to neighbors. In my first year of college I expanded syrup options to include not just normal buttermilk syrup, but also coconut, cinnamon and chocolate flavors.
