Collaborated with UMD campus faculty and staff for 2.5 years to create and implement the strategic plan.
• Co-created UMD’s 2017 strategic plan as a member of UMD’s Strategic Plan Steering Committee. 
Collaboratively crafted benchmarks and action items to progress campus towards strategic plan goals.
• Led the development of a comprehensive assessment plan to measure UMD’s student learning 
outcomes for domestic study abroad participants and international exchange students.
• Chaired the Faculty Advisory Council, a committee that empowered faculty from across campus to create buy-in within their departments for strategic plan efforts.
