Joined NextRoll (fka AdRoll) in 2012 at Series B as employee ~40.  Led various business development initiatives across enterprise, channel, international, data, and strategic partnerships.  Played a tiny role in scaling to ~500 employees and ~$300mm revenue. 

Reported into the Chief Revenue Officer and was responsible for incubating AdRoll's platform OEM business unit. 

AdRoll Platform enables partners such as marketplaces (eg. Rakuten), marketing automation platforms (eg. Marketo), commerce platforms (eg. Shopify), crm platforms (e.g. Salesforce), payments (e.g. Paypal), local (eg. Yelp), and others to leverage AdRoll's  core product APIs, data consortium, infrastructure, and AI/machine learning tech to add advertising revenue streams to their businesses seamlessly.

Senior Director, Business Development

Responsible for incubating + launching AdRoll's email business while leading enterprise business development efforts in Asia - specifically in Japan, China, and Southeast Asia.

Reported into the President & Co-Founder and was responsible for conceiving and leading the growth of AdRoll's strategic alliances globally. 

My specific focus was on ecosystem development and revenue for our Facebook and Twitter channel as well as driving new market expansion in APAC & EMEA.  Grew revenue to $xxMM in 12 months.

I also served as the business lead for AdRoll Prospecting, which is now the largest opt-in data consortium consisting of over 20,000 enterprise, mid-market, and SMB advertisers.  My specific focus was early sales, enablement, and GTM strategy in partnership with Head of Product.  Grew revenue from $0 to $xxMM in 15 months.
