 Generated revenue by advocating loan solutions that would assist brokers and loan officers at Carteret Mortgage and Allied Mortgage in creating consistent revenue for their branch, and  books of business, while providing service that allowed them to grow their customer base. The main two tools to build our relationship was that I trained the LOs on retail loan origination. The better they did the more opportunity we had to serve them and thus create more revenue. We also had a very huge industry disrupter and is quaint now. the loan officers took ownership of their files and were interfaced with our underwriting engines so we didn't have to input any data. There branch did it all. It gave them a lot more ownership and strengthened the relationship to become unbreakable. It saved us a lot of resources and headaches as well. Total win win
