Products involved circuit boards, connectors, harnesses, sensors, stampings, machining, PCB, thermo-set and thermo-plastic molding.  Customers included GM, Cummins, Delphi, Ford, Visteon, Eaton, etc. In this role, my focus was people, continuous improvement & innovation.  Our team delivered over 20 complex products/programs from concept to production.  My emphasis was on developing a high performance organization by creating and executing Coaching/Mentoring, Talent Acquisition, Performance Review and Learning/Development systems.  While handling P&L responsibility for R&D work and advanced products prototyping, I revamped business development, pricing as well supply chain processes to improve revenues and profitability.
