When people open your email, they expect to read an email.

Not see a list of links to your blog posts 😉 

I used to make this mistake too. Our company newsletter was basically a link dump.

Useful links, yes. But very little value in the email itself.

We changed one thing.

We started sending one-minute insights directly in the newsletter. The result surprised us.

The same users started opening the newsletter more than once because they saw value. More views from the same people. That tells me something important.

✅ Write emails to be read, not clicked. Put the value in the email itself, then use links as optional next steps.
