As an executive technology leader with over 25 years of experience, Peter Kuipers boasts an impressive track record of driving operational performance, executing business transformations, creating disruptive digital platform companies, and leading global finance teams at scale.

Peter is the Chief Financial Officer of Clover Health (Nasdaq: CLOV) leading all financial aspects of the Company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and capital management driving financial performance and implementing strategies to optimize operational efficiency. 

As Executive Vice President and CFO at Omnicell (Nasdaq: OMCL), Peter provided financial leadership and strategic vision, helping the company scale from $480 million to $1.3 billion in revenue. Beyond the CFO mandate, he had direct leadership responsibility leading a team of 1,300+ including the Global Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Information Technology, International Business, Corporate Development and M&A organizations – critical pillars in transforming Omnicell into a cloud based platform and SaaS/Tech Enabled Services market leader.

Recognized with the 2018 SF Bay Area Public Company CFO of the Year award, Peter has a proven model of developing world-class finance organizations. He implemented a strategic, partner-centric operating approach at Omnicell – enabling commercial, operational and technology breakthroughs.

As CFO at The Weather Company and Quantcast, he provided financial leadership driving profitable double digit revenue growth through capital allocation, digital platform development, and global expansion.

In prior divisional CFO and executive FP&A leadership roles at Yahoo!, Altera (acquired by Intel), GE, and Akzo Nobel Peter implemented world class financial management and operating rigor to drive business execution at scale. He started his career at EY in audit, IPO services, and M&A due diligence.

Peter has an extensive M&A background, IPO and fund raising experience – managed over 30 transactions with deal values ranging from $20 million to $70 billion, and raised $2 billion+ in equity, publicly traded debt, and credit facilities. He holds a MBA, is a licensed CPA, and completed executive leadership development courses at GE’s Crotonville and Harvard Business School.

Due to the take over from PaulGünther by Krone, Europe’s largest trailer manufacturer, a name change to Krone Fleet was made. Every country got his own business unit. Therefore the BeNeLux unit was splitted up in two separate companies, The Netherlands and Belgium.
In this position I leaded the rental team which consisted of a team of 6 people. I was budget and target responsible, motivated my team to reach the personal and team targets and not to exceed the budget. Making individual plans and targets for the employees. If necessary motivate and adjust the personal and Team’s aim.
Furthermore my responsibilities lay with short term and long term rental of trailers to the diverse logistical companies. All external relations and stake holders. Managing existing client relations
acquiring new ones. Advising clients which trailers are more suitable for the job in hand, advising clients on cost reduction and maintenance and repair of trailers and tires. If necessary make adjustments. Making and following up offers.
Fleet management of 850 trailers with the focus on expanding to 1000 units for the Netherlands.
Contracts’ negotiation of maintenance and repair, tire, break down service, trailer purchase.
Evaluation of workshops, service partners and depots.
Furthermore I had a leading advisory role in the design and developing new trailers for the factory Krone.

My challenge lay with building up of the PaulGünther organization in the BeNeLux from bankrupt
position. A huge challenge is to combine the different bankruptcy laws from Germany, Belgium
and the Netherlands.

container chassis in Germany and the south of Netherlands. Sales through financial lease of rental.
