Acquisition and disposal, management of loans in and loans out, backlog documentation and location and movement control, use of MODES computer documentation system, all object storage and packing in accordance with Benchmarks in Collections Care and Accreditation Standards, responsible for answering all public enquiries relating to the collections, and also responsible for access to and display of collections in exhibitions and displays.

Mindfulness Teacher and Wellness Health Coach for people living with long-term chronic illness.

I specialise in supporting people living with disability or chronic illness to live their best lives, in spite of their health challenges! 

I teach Mindfulness for chronic illness and offer naturopathic health coaching to enable people to manage the challenges of living with a health condition, and help them to regain a sense of control over their health and wellbeing. 

Combining physical and mental health support strategies, I aim to support people to make small changes that have a big impact on their well being.

Having lived with long-term health conditions and pain myself, I have unique insight into the real-world challenges of living with chronic illness, and I use this hard-won knowledge to bring empathy, knowledge and understanding to each of my clients. I use these techniques myself to support me on my own wellness journey, and I love teaching others how to do the same.  

I am trained in a broad range of skills, including coaching, mindfulness, psychotherapy, and naturopathic nutrition and lifestyle wellness, and I integrate all of these into a bespoke support programme for each person depending on their unique needs.
